Are there any restrictions to types of bolts?
  • Thread feeding does not work with the shaft diameter 1.3mm or less as it is too small.
  • There can be malfunction on Y pipe with the bolt head diameter about 13mm or more due to the flexibility of bolt feeding hose.
  • If the length (thread length) is the same with or shorter than the head, the bolts may turn around in the escape or hose.
  • If the difference between head diameter and shaft diameter is 1mm or less the bolts can not be aligned on the chute.
  • If the length is 50mm or longer they can not be placed on the chute.

What is the max. length of bolt feeding hose?
Max. length is 10m.

What is the max. torque available?
  • With electrically driven screw driver,
  • With compressed air driven screw driver,

* For use with 3.5N･m or higher, we recommend the of use arm balancer.

What are the works to which the screw fastening can not be applied?
Bolt head is interfering with the works.

Vibration supply unit does not vibrate.(NM-315V, MK-3150V / NM-311V, MK-3110V)
  • ES attachment and chute are interfering.
  • Chute and semicircle plate are interfering.
  • Semicircle plate and scooper are interfering.

Driver Controller

Torque can not be adjusted.
  • If screw driver revolves at high speed, power transistor on the PCB may be damaged.
  • Screw driver cable may be broken.
  • Screw driver motor cable may be broken.

Screw driver torque is instable.

Identify the malfunctioning part by replacing screw driver and controller, one of them at a time, and ask for repair.
